We are a small company dedicated to creating all-natural beeswax candles of the highest quality. We have the utmost confidence in our products and are sure that you'll agree that they are the finest candles available. We guarantee it. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your candles, contact us within 15 days of receipt, and receive a full refund or credit of equal value towards your next purchase. To return an item to our company, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us immediately.
2. Please take great care in repacking items; they should be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
3. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
4. Include a note stating your reason for the return.
5. Ship returns to the address below, via UPS (preferred) or the U.S. Postal Service (delivery confirmation and insurance recommended).
Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If the error, or reason for the return was our causing, we will refund both your original shipping charges and the return shipping charges. Once a return is received, merchandise and any applicable shipping refunds will be credited to your credit card, or equal value towards immediate exchange will be given.
Original shipping charges will be credited in all cases that do not involve purchaser error. If the error was ours, or you were not satisfied with our product, we will refund your original shipping charges upon receipt of return. The full value of merchandise will be credited to your credit card, or equal value towards immediate exchange will be given.
